KABKAB DATES
Kabkab Dates exist in different shapes and the color varies from light brown to dark brown. The common Kabkab is soft in nature with moisture under %18. Harvest Time in the Middle of September. Kabkab grows in Bushehr, Fars, and Yazd and used pitted or unpitted for direct consumption and for industrial purposes.
It also exists as a compressed date which is popular in the Middle East and India.
Kabkab Rotab is very popular too, because of soft texture and unique taste. It’s yellow and light brown color with moisture under 38%. It is very delicious and tasty and it is considered as one of the most pleasant sweet fruits in nature.
Shelf Life: At room temperature about 1 year, under interim fumigation.
Package: 5 KG/ 10 KG in laminate cartons (N.W.) or 2 KG/ 3 KG in a mother carton containing 6 boxes (15-18 KG) and 500-700 gram packaging for export
