SAYER (STAMARAN) DATES

It’s a semi-dried date with moisture under 18%. It grows in Dashtestan located in Bushehr and Khuzestan and has a dark brown color and round around size. This kind is available in pitted or un-pitted forms for direct consumption and for industrial purposes and is so popular because of its unique features such as high sugar and low cellulose content. Sayer is allocated around 45% of the total export of Iranian Date.
